The Integrative Medicine department has been pioneering the use of holistic therapeutic interventions like Yoga, meditation, and pranayama for various psychiatric disorders. Interacting with the researchers there and discussing some very interesting collaboration and joint research projects was fun. Thanks a lot to Prof. Hemant Bhargava, Prof. Bharath Holla, Prof. Urvakhsh Mehta and others for some fascinating discussions. It was a pleasure to meet Prof. B N Gangadhar, a stalwart in the field who has been guiding generations of researchers with humility and joy of science.
