At the Data Science Lab, we work on problems at the interface of algorithms and machine learning, e.g. algorithmic techniques to make\u00a0 machine learning pipelines more efficient. This includes working on randomized algorithms on numerical linear and multilinear algebra, various sampling and sketching techniques etc. We are also interested in various aspects of social network and information dynamics on networks.
